You can register for this barista workshop without any prior knowledge. This barista workshop is aimed at beginners and coffee newbies.

In a short theoretical part, you will learn everything you need to know about coffee: Where does coffee come from? What should you pay attention to when harvesting, processing and roasting?

The practical part takes place directly on the portafilter machine and the coffee grinder. From the grinder settings to the right technique for preparing a perfect espresso, you will learn everything you need to know as a barista.

In the last part of the barista workshop, you will learn how to properly clean and care for the machine. This has a significant impact on the quality of the espresso.

IMPORTANT NOTE

We are often asked whether participants can bring their own machines and mills - of course. That is not a problem as long as the machines are tank-operated. The only request would be to register in good time as we have to make room on the workbenches.
