The new DUO model is a sophisticated compact espresso coffee machine.

\nThis Bezzera has the functions of a professional espresso coffee machine.
\n
\nFor example, the DE version is available with Bezzera brewing group and 3 PID thermostats or in the manual MN version with the traditional E61 technology.
\n
\nThe sophisticated software and electronics also feature a 3.5 inch touch display. This enables the control of the double boiler system.
\n
\nThe side panels are made of stainless steel.
\n
\nThe DUO MN variant - 2 PID thermostats – E61 brewing group
\nThis machine is equipped with the traditional E61 brewing group. The coffee extraction begins when the lever is operated. The desired amount of coffee can be determined by raising and lowering the lever.
\n
\nThe smaller espresso boiler heats the water with a thermosiphon circulation system for the perfect coffee extraction. This allows the temperature to be controlled with a PID thermostat. Therefore, optimal thermal stability is guaranteed in a range of 88-96° C.

\nDUO DE - 3 PID thermostats – Bezzera brewing group
\nThis brewing group is heated by an electrical resistance. This activates a PID thermostat that maintains a constant temperature.
\nFor example, the 2nd PID thermostat regulates the water temperature in the boiler. Most importantly, this guarantees optimal thermal stability in a range of 88-96 ° C.
\n
\nThe steam and water circuit is also connected to an independent boiler. Also controlled by a PID thermostat. This means that optimal steam performance is possible even with intensive use.
\n
\nThe DE version is also equipped with a volumetric coffee dosing system. This is controlled by a microprocessor. Therefore, it is possible to program 4 coffee doses directly from the keyboard. The fifth button activates the manual dosing process.

\nIn summary, in both versions the 4-litre water tank can be used thanks to the rotary pump, or the permanent water connection.
