Bezzera Magica PID

The Magica works with the traditional manual E61 brewing group. When you move the brewing lever up 90 degrees, the brewing process begins. \nIf you move the lever back down, you end the brewing process manually. This allows you to meet your own preferences and espresso wishes. \n \nThe E61 brewing group is heated by the Themosyphon system using hot water which is heated in the heat exchanger. \n \nThe MAGICA is available in 2 versions: \n

• “S” version, with water tank and vibration pump.

• “ S PID” version , with water tank and vibration pump. Digital temperature control through PID system, which replaces the traditional pressure switch.

\nThe temperature of the brewing group is shown on a display and can be set by the user between 80°C and 100°C. This allows the temperature of the brewing group to be individually adjusted to the coffee roast used. \n \nTechnical data: \n
