The Strega model combines the modern coffee machines of the twenty-first century with the traditional lever system, ensuring an excellent extraction of the coffee aromas, while producing creamy espressos that follow the Italian tradition of espresso coffee. \n \nIn addition, the Bezzera Strega is a dual-circuit machine with a fixed water connection only.
