The Bezzera Strega Top can be operated with a tank or with mains water. \n \nThis professional hand lever group is based on a classic two-circuit system. A tank device with the properties of a classic gastro hand lever device. The pump is activated by a micro switch on the lever path. This then fills the brewing group. Only when the lever is slowly released does the non-linear pressure build-up ensure optimal extraction of the coffee powder. \n \nThat's why this result cannot be achieved with any other tank machine! \n \nThe little witch, Strega being Italian for witch, also looks incredibly good! \n \nIncludes : \n
