Our goal was and is to make coffee grinding as easy as possible without losing sight of quality.

Based on our RRB mechanism (Rotating Ring Burr) with antistatic device, first introduced years ago with the launch of the SETTE (Baratza) and etzMAX, Etzinger is now setting new standards in manual grinding with a fresh design, available in 2 versions (Trim & Regular), retractable lever, magnetic lid and collecting cup as well as a one-piece, absolute vernier scale.

Rotating hollow shafts eliminate annoying mechanics in the center and allow the grinder to be filled quickly. The external scale with reference point guarantees easy adjustment of the grinding level, so that you can return to it easily and directly after cleaning. The grinder can be opened, cleaned and ready for use again in no time at all (literally). The retractable lever with ergonomic handle, not necessary but "nice to have", makes it easier to store in a space-saving manner, whether in the cupboard, in luggage or directly in the coffee preparation corner.
