Important brewing temperature and brewing time:
\nAt a temperature of 92 º - 96 º C the solid is dissolved. This extracts the right taste and the best aroma. This results in a good balance between sweetness and bitterness.

Important temperature after the brewing process:
\nThe coffee tastes best at a temperature between 80 º - 85 º C. Therefore, it should not be heated any further after the brewing process, as this will cause undesirable aromas to develop. The coffee should not be kept warm for longer than an hour after brewing.
\nWhat is the right amount of coffee?
\n A Moccamaster measuring spoon (included) holds 12 grams of coffee powder (for 2 cups). Therefore, we recommend 60-75 grams for a full pot.
