\nThe Rocket Mozzafiato has been adapted to the typical Rocket design. Like the R58, it now has the Rocket rotary valves. The feet have also been adapted and are now height-adjustable. The side walls have been designed so that the railing is integrated into the side wall.

\nThe "R" version has a rotary pump. The portafilter machine can be operated either via a tank or via a mains water supply.
\n
\nThe Mozzafiato also has a PID, which is located in the lower part of the machine behind the water drip tray.
\n
\nTemperature and pump pressure can be read from the black pressure gauges.
\n
\nAnother feature is the cool-touch steam lance.
\n
\nIf the espresso machine is operated via a tank, it switches off when the water level is low.
\n
