The Bezzera Unica is probably one of the best single-circuit machines on the market. This machine delivers a coffee in just a few moments. It is equipped with a Faema E61 brewing group and a vibration pump. The brewing group is heated with a very temperature-stable thermosiphon heating system. The PID temperature control sets both the coffee and the steam temperature as the coffee lover wants. The coffee brewing temperature can be set between 80°C and 100°C, the steam between 105°C and 120°C.
